Theodore Motyka, Ph.D. - Senior Consultant
Theodore Motyka has extensive experience in hydrogen storage, production, and fuel-cell systems. He has led hydrogen and fuel-cell research programs and brings more than 30 years of expertise in hydrogen R&D, program management, and alternative-energy solutions.
Robert C. Bowman Jr., Ph.D. - Senior Consultant
Robert C. Bowman Jr. is a physical chemist whose work spans metal-hydrogen systems, hydrogen storage, and advanced metal hydrides. He has held research and technical-advisory roles at JPL, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and the U.S. DOE Fuel Cell Technologies Program Office.
James E. Shackelford, Ph.D. - Senior Consultant
James E. Shackelford is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of California, Davis. His work includes materials research, consulting for major organizations, and authorship of widely used materials-science books.
